Managing Director

Mr. Akshay S. Mehta, aged 44 years is the Promoter and Managing Director of our Company. He has completed his matriculation. He has been on the Board of our Company since incorporation and was appointed as Managing Director with effect from December 30, 2016. He has around 18 years of experience in the field of gems and Jewellery business. He spearheads the overall functioning of our Company.

Whole Time Director

Ms. Varshaben A. Mehta, aged 44 years is the Promoter and Whole-time Director of our Company. She has completed her matriculation. She has been on the Board of our Company since incorporation and was appointed as Whole-time Director with effect from March 17, 2017. She has around 8 years of experience in the field of gems and Jewellery business.

Independent Directors

Mr. Milan C. Dave, aged 52 years, is the Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Gujarat University. He has approximately 11 years of experience in the jewellery business. He joined our Board on February 16, 2017.

Mr. Manoharbhai B. Chunara, aged 31 years, is the Non-executive and Independent Director of our Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Gujarat University. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He has professional experience of around six years in the field of Legal, Finance, Company Law, corporate compliance. He joined our Board on March 17, 2017.

Mr. Vijaykumar B. Patel, aged 36 years the Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He has completed his education upto higher secondary. He has around 10 years of experience in the field of marketing and manufacturing of gold jewellery. He joined our Board on March 17, 2017.
